Salary : $17 / hr plus commission

What is expected from our Technicians?

A Service Technician is the heart of our business. Our Service Technicians provide primary care to all of our clients. Your ability to provide an exemplary level of service to the clients in your territory will help to maintain our reputation as the premier pest control company in our service area.

So what does a Service Technician do on an average day?

Once you have completed your World Class training with our certified trainers, you will be given a company vehicle to use to complete your daily routes. You will visit a variety of clients from residential homes to schools to commercial accounts including restaurants and apartment complexes. You will be equipped through your training and the use of our products to quickly identify and solve the needs and problems of our clients. You will also have the ability to offer additional products and services to our clients that will provide you with an opportunity to earn extra commission on top of your excellent regular earnings!

Every day will find you doing at least some of the following :

• Treating homes and businesses using products designed to control or eliminate pests according to label instructions following proper safety protocols.
• Identifying additional needs of our clients and providing them with solutions by offering additional services and products.
• Responding to requests for treatment in a timely fashion from either our clients or your Customer Service Representative.
• Other duties as assigned.
