Main Duties & Responsibilities

This occupation requires the running of assembly related equipment : squeezers (squeezer press, hand squeezer), pop rivet guns, torque wrenches etc. This position requires moderate physical exertion, including lifting, bending, and considerable time standing.

• Perform some set-ups and operate all assembly related equipment.
• Run jobs from start to finish with guidance.
• Read and interpret blueprints with guidance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or directed.

This role is required to be on-site 4 days at the El Cajon, CA location.

Qualifications

Compensation

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $20-$22.

Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
