Maintenance Personnel

Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and skilled Maintenance Personnel to join our team. This role is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, tools, and facilities.
Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
Assist with installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance storage.
Coordinate with supervisors and vendors for larger repairs or equipment servicing.
Support plant operations and special projects assigned.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 13 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related field.
Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
