Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end experimentation programs, including test design and statistical analysis
Drive research and insights for growth through customer segmentation and behavioral analysis
Design and implement personalization strategies and manage experiment roadmaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
5+ years of experience in conversion optimization, data science, or analytics
Hands-on experience with A / B and multivariate testing and digital analytics platforms
Experience building automated dashboards and integrating backend data sources
Proficiency in SQL and / or Python for data exploration and analysis
