Structural Engineer (PE – Residential Design)
Remote – Minnesota Licensed | Residential Renovation & Inspection
Salary: $120,000–$140,000, based on experience

What You’ll Do:
• Provide structural engineering guidance for residential inspection and renovation projects
• Analyze LiDAR scans and drafted plans to produce clear, code-compliant design solutions
• Collaborate with a small team to meet client goals and local building codes
• Conduct site visits in the Twin Cities as needed to assess conditions or verify implementation
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure alignment and progress
What You Bring:
• Active Minnesota PE license (required)
• Residential structural design and renovation experience
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and working with LiDAR data
• Strong communication skills and sharp attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-first environment
