Position Details

Location : Fully Remote (must reside in the State of Florida)

Status : This is a full-time remote position.

Days / Shift : Tuesdays - Fridays 6 : 30AM-4 : 30PM / Saturdays 7AM-11AM

The Transcription Quality Coordinator will work remotely. This team member must currently reside in Florida.

Responsibilities :

The Transcription Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all department policies and procedures relating to quality of transcribed documents are being followed by the Transcription Team and outside vendors.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

Certifications and Licensures

Preferred AHDI Certified Healthcare Documentation Specialist

Preferred - CHDS (Transcription)

Education

Required High School or equivalent

Preferred Technical Program Completion or Degree

Experience

• Required - 5 years - Transcriptionist; And - 5 years - Acute Care; Or - 3 years - Relevant experience with Technical Training / Program
