Job Description

R esponsible for providing drink orders to service staff and guests delivering prompt and courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to guests members and other service staff in a friendly and professional manner following proper steps of service.
• Produce drinks for servers and guests according to standard recipes and deliver to guests in a timely manner. Make drinks only when rung in on MICROS.
• Ensure food and drink orders are taken and delivered in a timely manner utilizing proper food handling.
• Maintain familiarity with the wine list the stemware and appropriate garnishes used.
• Prep for bar service keeping bar always stocked and clean.
• Handle cash responsibly ensuring payment is collected and accurate change given in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory.
• Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails.
• Must maintain full familiarity with menus and knowledge of beverage offerings.
• Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to local laws.
• Participate in department meetings and other required trainings.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper attire / uniform and name tag when working.

Pay Scale : $20.67-$27.56 / hourly rate
