Start date : 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier

Ratios : 1 : 5-6 for Days and weekends, 1 : 6 for Nights

Years of experience REQ : 2 Years

First-timers accepted : (Y / N) : Yes

Weekend REQ : Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule minimum (weekend= Saturday / Sunday); plus holiday rotation obligation

Certs REQ : Certs REQ : BCLS and ACLS required; IV start and Telemetry required

Certs Preferred : NIH

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Will float to all Medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) No

Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? No, 75 mile radius

Pending License accepted : (Y / N) Yes

RTO Restrictions : please, no more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract

Special Requirements : lift devices (will train), ceiling lifts, and bladder scanner
