Financial Controller to lead our Accounting Department
This is a high-impact leadership role that influences company-wide financial strategy, interdepartmental collaboration, and client trust.
Main objectives
- Supervise the existing team to ensure deadlines for the department are met.
- Hold regular meetings with the accounting team and set expectations.
- Review the department, the responsibilities and restructure if and when needed.
- Be a people person and be available to key clients.
- Participate in occasional Board meetings for any special or complex matters.
- Participate in webinars where we lean on our controller to educate our clients.
