Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Bioinformatics Engineer to join Brigham and Women’s Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large, complex datasets, transforming them into analysis-ready formats, and leveraging high-performance computing for machine learning and statistical modeling. This role focuses on developing scalable pipelines to process real-world electronic health records (EHR) and clinical data, enabling data-driven discovery in collaboration with clinical and research teams—with the ultimate goal of advancing diagnostic technologies for low- and middle-income countries. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data analysis or computational experience who is eager to apply those skills to cutting-edge biological and clinical research.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Bioengineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
