A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Development to lead its fundraising efforts and manage a development team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a 3+ year fundraising strategy to support organizational growth
Manage and provide leadership to a three-person development team
Oversee the full spectrum of fundraising activities, including individual giving and corporate partnerships
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in fundraising within a nonprofit organization
Proven track record of securing $500K+ gifts from various funding sources
Experience working with national funders
Strong knowledge of educational and opportunity access issues
Experience with Salesforce or similar fundraising management systems
