Job Summary : Shift Managers can perform and train all duties of joint teammates. They are responsible for shift supervision of teammates in successful day-to-day shift operations. They ensure great service and product quality for guests, they lead the team by example and are a role model of the standards and behaviors consistent with our values and culture.
