Position Description Summary
The Instructor of CAD Technology Industrial Drafting Technology is responsible for providing classroom instruction for Industrial Drafting and CAD related courses. The instructor is administratively responsible to the Associate Dean of the School of STEM.
Instructor should have experience with parametric solid modeling and Class A Surfacing. Must understand manufacturing processes and have knowledge of the design process as related to industry.
Core Competencies and Qualifications
Journeyman status or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years full-time work experience in either Manufacturing, Design and Engineering may be considered.
Certification or demonstrated expertise in course related software/technology may be required.

Certifications and Certificates: High School CAD and Industrial Drafting teaching experience, college teaching experience, related training instruction, and professional teaching certifications preferred
