Shifts Available : Full-Time | Morning Shift | Afternoon Shift

Lead Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons that promote learning through play and discovery
• Create a warm, safe, and structured classroom environment
• Support childrens social, emotional, physical, and academic growth
• Maintain open, ongoing communication with parents
• Oversee Assistant Teachers and support staff to ensure consistency in the classroom
• Monitor and document developmental progress
• Ensure compliance with NJ licensing, health, and safety standards
