Gabletek is seeking candidates who want to become welders. We do a two-week evaluation and then we start you off at $17.50 an hour to train. You will learn how to do the following:

• MIG & TIG welding fundamentals and theory
• Follow welding diagrams, work orders and frame design layout
• Setup, operate and maintain welding and cutting equipment
• Position and clamp workpieces together or assemble them in a jig
• Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical positions
• Grind welds flush and smooth with proper feathering of welded/ground area to flat surfaces
• Maintain accurate paperwork and record keeping

You will also be getting trained and prepped to take your CWI exam from AWS. Your potential pay will be based on job performance, attendance, and attitude. Employees are offered Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement and 401K.
