Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible!)

Pay :  $30–$40 / hour (based on experience)

Who We’re Looking For :

We are seeking a highly personable, driven, and relationship-focused Business Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in social settings, enjoys meeting new people, and is passionate about promoting high-quality physical therapy services.

As our Business Developer, you’ll be the face of Impact in the community. This role is all about creating authentic connections—with referral partners, past patients, and new opportunities alike.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical offices, and referral sources to drive new patient referrals.
• Represent Impact Physical Therapy at networking events, community outreach programs, and industry conferences.
• Engage with current and potential clients to promote our services and build brand awareness.
• Work within our CRM system to connect with past patients, follow up on leads, and track referral relationships.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and encourage patient re-engagement.
• Collaborate with our clinical teams to implement business development strategies.
• Track and analyze referral trends to identify growth opportunities.
