Experienced and Professional : You've got a background in marketing, business development, or sales—and you know your way around professional communication (emails, cold calls, follow-ups). You don’t need hand-holding; you’re ready to hit the ground running. Self-Driven and Strategic : Give you a goal, and you’ll build the roadmap. You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership—someone who follows through, tracks results, and is always thinking a step ahead. Experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or healthcare-related business development Confidence in networking and relationship-building Ability to present information effectively and persuade decision-makers. A naturally outgoing personality with a “get it done” mindset Strong organizational skills and self-motivated to manage outreach efforts independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and systems as well as email marketing tools (preferred or a willingness to learn) Passion for healthcare, wellness, and helping people live healthier, more active lives Integrity : Always do the right thing. Locations : Peoria and North Scottsdale, AZ (80% Remote / Field-Based, 20% In-Clinic)

Who We’re Looking For :
We are seeking a highly personable, driven, and relationship-focused Business Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in social settings, enjoys meeting new people, and is passionate about promoting high-quality physical therapy services.
As our Business Developer, you’ll be the face of Impact in the community. This role is all about creating authentic connections—with referral partners, past patients, and new opportunities alike.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical offices, and referral sources to drive new patient referrals.
- Represent Impact Physical Therapy at networking events, community outreach programs, and industry conferences.
- Engage with current and potential clients to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Work within our CRM system to connect with past patients, follow up on leads, and track referral relationships.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and encourage patient re-engagement.
- Collaborate with our clinical teams to implement business development strategies.
- Track and analyze referral trends to identify growth opportunities.
