• Creativity communication skills and instructional skills to help work with classroom teacher on innovative lesson plans and activities
• Ability to relate to students and help them grow academically
• Patience understanding and adaptability when working with pupils
• Overseeing the emotional and social development of children
• Work collaboratively to achieve the mission of the school.
• Set an example of intellectual curiosity critical thinking life-skills self-motivation and self-discipline.
• Act as an ambassador for the school when attending school-wide events and supporting the school community outside of the classroom whether its at special events sporting events or in other venues.
