Accounts Payable Clerk
LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Clerk role open with our client in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Perform AP functions including GL coding, processing (using 3-way matching) and reconciling invoices, weekly check runs, and petty cash reimbursements as well as research and resolve any invoice issues
Experience
Minimum of two to three years of accounts payable (high volume invoice processing) experience requiredSkills / Knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook requiredWorkday or Concur expense report experience strongly preferredProficiency using accounting software requiredHigh degree of accuracy and strong attention to detailSolid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skillsEducation
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferredWork Hours / Pay Rate
