Position Overview :

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)

Full / Part Time : Full-time (36 hours per week)

Location : Aurora St Luke's Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Your Responsibilities :

• Float between diverse units including ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU support.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Quickly adapt to various workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.

What We're Looking For :

• Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility to work as per the following schedule : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 Weekend in a 6-week period.

Training & Skills Development :

• Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and cross-training for Charge Nurse roles.

Your Skills :

• Ability to provide holistic patient care with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills to make timely and effective decisions.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and basic computer applications.
