Key Responsibilities
Review and assess Grievance and Appeals documents for completeness and relevance
Accurately classify dispute types and assign the correct Line of Business based on guidelines
Access client systems to verify member information and ensure accurate data entry
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in data entry or customer service roles
Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy regulations
Ability to work with multiple client systems and platforms
Willingness to participate in training and quality audits
