Digital Testing Project Coordinator Job Details

  • The Digital Testing Project Coordinator supports the A / B and multi-variant testing team by managing the logistics of test execution, stakeholder coordination, and reporting. This role blends aspects of project management and digital production, ensuring that marketing experiments are effectively planned, executed, and communicated across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ability to take on fast-turn, emergency work and adapt as the work load / requirements change is critical.

Key  responsibilities :

  • Project Coordination :  Oversee the organization and tracking of A / B and multi-variant test requests, ensuring business requirements are documented and aligned with stakeholders, including test requestors, creative teams, and IT.
  • Meeting & Communication Support :  Attend daily stand-ups, monthly syncs, planning meetings, and strategy sessions, ensuring clear documentation and follow-ups.
  • Presentation & Reporting :  Create and maintain presentation materials such as test roadmaps, results repositories, decks, and large distribution emails.
  • Test Execution Support :  Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing experiments, including generating new test ideas (excluding coding responsibilities).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration :  Act as a bridge between marketing, creative, and technical teams to facilitate smooth test implementation. This will also include producer work for AB test creative asset requests.

    • Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Atlassian Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • AB testing platform experience

    • Compensation :

  • $40-45 / hr (W2)
