YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR MITIGATION PROJECT MANAGER

We offer flexible weekday schedules such as 7 am–4 pm, 8 am–5 pm, or 9 am–5 pm Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed.

As a Mitigation Project Manager, your day is driven by communication, leadership, and precision. You're the point person for clients, explaining each step of the process clearly and compassionately while managing your crew's productivity. You evaluate new water losses with moisture meters and thermal cameras in hand, determining the extent of the damage and planning out the drying process. Every call, every site visit, and every decision you make is supported by thorough documentation-from Docusketch photos to job folder logs. You're in constant coordination with insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and your team, ensuring every job moves forward seamlessly.
