Job Description :
- The Field Assurance Lab Coordinator is responsible for supporting lab operations, managing complaint samples, coordinating sample return kits, and maintaining proper documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- This role ensures timely processing of lab requests, maintains clean and compliant workspaces, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Document complaint samples received in the Field Assurance Lab for evaluation purposes.Assemble and ship sample return kits domestically and internationally, maintain tracking documentation, and communicate with requestors in a timely manner.Ensure accurate and timely shipping of sample return kits.Track shipping inventory and order supplies through approved vendors.Process image / video review requests, maintain the review tracker, and follow up on pending requests.Maintain good documentation practices (GDP) for preliminary and sample analysis results.Escalate unexpected issues to the Supervisor / Manager.Maintain good laboratory practices (GLP) consistent with biosafety standards.Ensure a clean and organized work environment.Foster professional working relationships with internal and external customers and support staff.Store and dispose of complaint samples according to procedures.Support continuous improvement of lab processes.Follow all procedures and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Proof of Hepatitis B series, willingness to undergo series, or ability to sign a waiver.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of FedEx shipping system for accurate shipping transactions.Previous warehouse experience.Experience in medical / laboratory environment (GMP preferred).Education and Experience :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Associate degree or equivalent experience is a plus.Physical Demands :
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and manipulate objects, tools, or office equipment.Frequently required to verbally communicate.Occasionally required to reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.Work Environment :
