Why This Role Matters

Voya is transforming Wealth Management with advisor-led and digital-first platforms like WealthPath and Wealth Central. This role is the connective tissue between business strategy and technology delivery, ensuring our platform roadmap delivers frictionless experiences for advisors and clients while meeting compliance and operational standards.

Profile Summary

Voya is hiring a Product Manager / Business Analyst to shape the future of Wealth Management platforms. You'll own the roadmap, translate strategy into features, and partner across tech and business teams to deliver advisor-centric solutions. Ideal candidates bring product leadership, Agile expertise, and a passion for digital transformation.

What You'll Do :

• Own the roadmap Define and maintain the multi-year platform development roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with near-term deliverables.
• Translate vision into features Break down epics into actionable features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Drive discovery & design Lead workshops with advisors, operations, compliance, and tech teams to capture requirements and design intuitive workflows for onboarding, trading, reporting, and planning tools.
• Partner across teams Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and vendor partners (e.g., Orion, Salesforce FSC) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with Voya's SDLC and Agile governance.
• Ensure compliance & resiliency Embed FINRA / SEC and cybersecurity standards into feature design; support architecture reviews and change advisory processes.
• Measure impact Define KPIs for adoption, NPS, and digital engagement; monitor performance and iterate based on analytics and advisor feedback.

Compensation Pay Disclosure : Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. $122,300 - $152,880 USD Be Well. Stay Well.
