Essential duties :
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and safety-related policies.Pick customer ordersReceive incoming shipments and check for irregularities or damagesBreakdown pallet loadsInventory restockingAssist with periodic physical inventory count as neededConsistently meet or exceed daily productivity requirementsAbility to effectively operate Voice PickingOperate a variety of material handling equipmentComply with requirements for quality, productivity, safety, and company policiesOther Duties :
Perform warehouse housekeeping and workplace 5SParticipation in Safety, Wellness, Quality Circles, and Kaizen campaigns and programs as needed.Other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct Supervisor or Warehouse ManagementSupervisory Controls :
Warehouse SupervisorOperations ManagerAcademic Skills / Knowledge / Experience :
Minimum 6 months of material handling or related experience preferredGood communication skills in writing and verbally, using the English language
Good organizational skills
Qualified to drive a forklift
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers
Ability to safely operate various warehouse-related equipment
Possesses mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job required
