We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing a team of professionals. Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring all financial operations are accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain financial integrity.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Implement and maintain systems for document control and scanning to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements across financial operations, particularly in manufacturing or distribution environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with demonstrated expertise in financial management.Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing a team.CPA certification is strongly preferred.Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution industries is highly advantageous.Proficiency in document control and scanning processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
