Overview
Game On Golf Center is seeking a motivated Teaching Professional to join one of the most active coaching operations in Westchester County. This position can be structured as seasonal (April–October) or year-round , depending on the candidate’s background, goals, and availability.
You’ll work directly with Director of Instruction, Will Smittle , and Director of Player Development, Michael Bulger , as part of a thriving coaching environment projected to exceed $650,000 in annual lesson and clinic revenue in 2025. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who wants to build a career as a coach , gain experience in a high-performing academy setting, and grow into a lead coach or program director role.
Position Snapshot
- Schedule : 4–5 days per week, approximately 30–40 hours (set weekly schedule)
- Structure : Seasonal or Year-Round (flexible based on candidate)
- Coaching Breakdown :
- 8–10 hours per week of structured program coaching (clinics, junior programs, etc.)
- 10+ hours per week of private instruction
- During summer months : 15+ hours per week of program coaching
- Significant upside to expand lesson volume with growing demand
- Environment : 95+ bay driving range, indoor simulator, 20 covered / heated Toptracer bays, 300+ juniors in the program, and an artificial-turf short game area with chipping and putting green.

Experience Required

Coaching & Player Development
Lead or assist in group clinics, after-school programs, and seasonal campsTeach private and semi-private lessons across all skill levelsCreate and grow programming, introducing new ideas and initiativesParticipate in and support junior league programmingProgramming & Events
Help organize and execute seasonal programs, tournaments, and clinicsManage player testing, skill tracking, and progress certification systemsContribute to private group sessions and corporate clinics when neededBenefits
The position can be structured in two ways , depending on the candidate’s background and goals :
Option 1 – Salary + Lesson Income Option 2 – Lesson / Clinic Revenue Only
