As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are seeking an Assistant Foreman to join our team in Kitsap and Jefferson counties. Daily Responsibilities : Perform tasks as instructed by foreman / site supervisor including but not limited to general building construction and landscape construction Machine operation including excavator, skid steer, Genie Lift, and fork lift Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems Complete / perform general repairs, inspections, and maintenance on project sites Assist with general construction, electrical work, plumbing, irrigation, catchment, and masonry / and or concrete installation Required Skills : High School Diploma Works well in a team setting 2-3 years experience in general construction 2-3 years experience in landscape construction OSHA Certified Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions Strong time managment skills Ability to assist in management of construction and landscape crews Ability to operate heavy machinery including skid steer, excavator, and forklifts Company Information : Lotus Design is a design and build company focused on eco-forward innovation and quality craftsmanship.
