Responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, and guiding clients and candidates through the interview and hiring process. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the client's hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
