• BC / BE Endocrinology Physician opening due to growth
• Multi-specialty group practice
• Join one existing endocrinologist who is booked well out into the future
• Primarily private insurance and Medicare patients
• Outpatient only
• Minimal phone call (endocrinologists have not taken call for the last two years)
• Income guaranteefor years 1 & 2 plus Bonus formula
• Transition to productivity based comp in year 3 or once practice is ramped up
• No buy-in partnership after year 2
• Sign on and relocation
• Base salary of $225,000. Total potential up to $350,000
