About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Service Delivery Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic vision and direction for all client implementations, with a strong focus on building, leading, and developing implementation teams. This role requires the implementation of best practices across all aspects of client implementations, representing the company's delivery capabilities in business deals, and collaborating with the operations leadership team on regional initiatives. The SVP will also be accountable for leading large, complex programs, working with the account management team to outline customer lifecycles, and becoming a trusted advisor to various stakeholders. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work / military experience, with a minimum of 12 years in relevant operations, implementation, or customer success. Experience in implementing 3PL solutions across multiple industries and working in a matrixed environment is essential. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing large organizations, building and managing teams, and a strong background in enterprise or commercial experience. An MBA, a proven track record in leading complex client implementations, and knowledge of advanced technologies and business processes within the 3PL industry are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a respected leader, capable of establishing a strong collaborative culture and will be expected to recruit, attract, and onboard new team members.
