PAY RANGE:
STARTING pay is $21-$24 an hour. To determine your starting pay, begin at $21.00/hour and add $0.50/hour for each year of verifiable full time work experience as an EMT. Annual salary increases up to 5% are based on performance, not survival time. You are able to reach the top of the pay scale in five years, not twenty.

POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
Under the Supervisory Staff, the ideal Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (Paramedic) will perform duties associated with providing emergency and non-emergency care and transportation to the sick and injured in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Valid Driver License
Driving record in compliance with company policy
Current Massachusetts Paramedic certification
CPR for Professional Rescuer/BCLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
