• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and proximity ensuring timely response
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers service technicians and other team members throughout the service process
• Document all service activities including resolutions and follow-up actions in the company database
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive company image
• Dispatching Experience Preferred but not required
• Customer Service Experience
• US Work Authorization
• Bilingual Russian & English
