Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for an Audit Specialist (Document Management).

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Compliance Manager with internal reviews, audits, and documentation of findings

Manage day-to-day operations of the Document Management System (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS)

Verify compliance with regulations and assist in training initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

CHC or relevant certifications preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Jira Service Desk is a plus

One to two years of related experience or training

High degree of emotional intelligence and adaptability
