Looking for 4 highly motivated driven individuals who are not afraid of a challenge. IT knowledge or previous Help Desk or customer service roles are preferred.
This will be a fast paced roll and they will need to be able to keep calm under pressure while working with a level of urgency and accuracy. There is a level of stress that comes with working a Hospital environment that you do not encounter else where.
Candidates MUST have excellent customer service, a positive attitude and MUST keep our mission at heart while here working with us.

Assists in organizational project work, contributing to seamless implementations.
Reviews and studies established knowledge base articles and documentation for accurate incident and task completion.

o Looking for candidates with good attention to detail. Will be documenting all hardware and must be accurate and concise.
Will be helping support over 1500 application and systems
Candidates will be working along side our Service Desk to help with Tier 1 ticket / phone / chat support of our daily operations.
10 Hour shifts
2 for day shift 7am-5 : 30pm M-Th
1 for evening shift 12 : 30-11pm M-Th
1 for nights shift 10pm-8 : 30am Tue-Fri
