Executive Director Non-Gaming Audit

A company is looking for an Executive Director of Non-Gaming Audit & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development, implementation, and control of strategic goals for the Non-Gaming Audit and Accounting department

Direct operations, budgets, processes, and strategies, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Drive shared service strategies and lead continuous process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

4+ years of relevant operational experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Advanced knowledge of GAAP, FASB, IFRS, general ledger reconciliations, and P&L review

Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to leverage data for business strategies

Experience in directing departmental compliance and financial reporting
