As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic government healthcare location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or potential threats to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control and visitor management to help to maintain a secure environment for staff, visitors, and patients.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Vaccines are required for this hospital site.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
