Our client, a leading organization in the staffing and administrative support industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join their team. As a clerical assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : Gilroy, CA

Pay Range : $22

Shift : Regular : 7 : 00 a.m. 3 : 30 p.m. Peak holiday (Valentine's week) : 6 : 00 a.m. 2 : 30 p.m. Available to work Saturdays as needed

What's the Job?

• Greet and assist applicants upon arrival to create a welcoming environment
• Provide support during recruiting and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless process
• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization to maintain accurate records
• Assist with ADP tasks; working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred
