Salary : $19.00 - $23.00
Job Purpose
A Landjet Administrator will communicate with our dispatcher and finalize the preparation and processing of invoices, maintain files, track down support documentation for billing. The administrator will also manage the department email box to ensure we are meeting our customers expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Transportation Administration :
Collect driver folders and verify POD in RR to meet the criteria needed for billing.
If BOL are needed for the final mile, provide documents to the DISP.
If any missing BOL, document and relay to the appropriate DISP and SUP.
Verify EFS logs that are related to POD like lumpers, late fees, etc.
Follow the billing checklist and complete billing daily. Upon completion mark Create Invoice.
Schedule appointments for confirmed work orders.
Follow up with drivers after reviewing paperwork of deliveries to ensure proper uploads of PODs, receipts, etc.
Support and categorize all email boxes daily to manage email for the department in a timely manner.
Escalate urgent emails as needed to Senior Admin
Follow the Administrator Checklist daily.
Other Operational Needs
Answer all inbound calls to support transportation.
Communicate proactively with admin, dispatchers, supervisors, and managers daily.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience
Working conditions
The Landjet Administrator I will be working in a temperature-controlled industrial office environment. Our facility also includes a cold storage warehouse where on minimal occasions you may be subject to temperatures that reach -10 degrees.
