A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support the deployment of an ERP solution for a large federal agency.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and participate in meetings with client stakeholders

Create and develop training materials, including instructor-led and eLearning course-ware

Conduct virtual instructor-led training sessions and manage classroom training activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

8+ years designing and developing course curriculum and training materials

3+ years executing virtual classroom training

2+ years creating eLearning / CBT content

2+ years assessing learning effectiveness
