A company is looking for a Senior Voice of Customer (VOC) Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and synthesize customer data to deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions
Create compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate customer experience findings
Lead projects and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX) focused on VoC analytics
2+ years of hands-on experience with Qualtrics (Engage and Discover modules preferred)
Current Qualtrics certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
Experience in project and stakeholder management with a track record of timely initiative delivery
