Hehr Oral Surgery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating patient care by coordinating treatment plans, presenting options clearly, and managing scheduling for oral surgery procedures. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of oral surgery, and knowledge of dental insurance processes.

Front Office Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, ensuring clear understanding of procedures and options.
• Coordinate and schedule oral surgery appointments efficiently to optimize patient flow and provider availability.
• Collaborate closely with oral surgeons, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Assist patients with dental insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and understanding of coverage related to oral surgery treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to treatment plans and scheduling.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in treatment planning and presenting treatment plans in a dental or oral surgery setting.
• Prior dental insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of oral surgery procedures and terminology.
• Experience with oral surgery scheduling and patient coordination.
• Familiarity with dental insurance policies, claims, and pre-authorization processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday 6:30 AM- 4:00PM, Friday 6:30am- 12:00PM
• We do have one more location in St. George that we go to twice a month on Tuesdays, from 8:30 AM-2PM. (This schedule may change in the future)

Special Requirements:

• Working on-site is essential to the function of this position.
• Must be able to stand up to 80% of the time at minimum.
• Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing, and keyboarding, may lift up to 25 lbs.
