Banquet Kitchen Helper

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Banquet Kitchen Helpers to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the restaurant and catering industry.

Requirements

Duties:

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes

- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area

- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment

- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies

- Collaborate with the cook and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
