Role Responsibilities:
- Classroom Leadership: Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging and welcoming space where children can thrive.
- Curriculum Implementation: Support educators in executing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailoring your approach to serve the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
- Safety First: Prioritize a safe and nurturing environment that allows children to flourish.
- Family Communication: Assist teachers in updating parents about their child's development and achievements through various communication channels.
- Center Collaboration: Work cohesively with center staff and leadership to meet retention, enrollment, and engagement objectives.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High School Diploma/GED required; early childhood education (ECE) coursework is preferred.
- Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Previous experience in childcare or strong enthusiasm for early childhood education is preferred.
- State Compliance: Candidates must adhere to state-specific guidelines.
- Health Requirements: Meet state and federal regulations, including immunizations and health training.
Caregiving Skills:
- Exhibit sound judgment in identifying and mitigating potential risks in a childcare environment.
- Ensure children's safety and address their daily needs, such as diapering, feeding, and grooming.
- Promote and model effective social skills, including communication and conflict resolution.
- Keep children engaged with age-appropriate activities while fostering enjoyment.
- Maintain composure, patience, and professionalism at all times.
Physical Resilience:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Reach, stretch, climb, stoop, and kneel as needed.
- Ability to supervise and interact with children through sight and sound.
- Willing to work outside in various weather conditions.
- Maintain energy and alertness to perform essential duties.
