B.H. Inc., is looking to hire a full-time senior GC estimator to complete a full range of business activities in a professional setting while adhering to the highest ethical standards. We are looking for someone who is a well-rounded individual with extensive experience and knowledge in vertical, commercial construction. This senior estimator will manage projects from initial customer / business development contact, through conceptual budgets, design progress budget iterations, price control and final estimate pricing to the final job setup and turnover to the operations team. The senior estimator will assist with project buy out and set the groundwork for the operations team to execute according to the estimate. This is not a remote position, however the location is flexible. The following are the BHI office locations available for this position : North Salt Lake, UT (Primary office for Preconstruction / estimating), Ogden, UT, Vernal, UT and Saint George, UT. As a Senior Estimator, you will earn a salary of $120,000+ DOE, which is paid weekly. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with a match, and paid time off (PTO). Qualifications for a Senior Estimator

• Extensive Estimating Experience : Over 6 years in commercial general contracting, encompassing the full lifecycle of estimating, from bid invitations and takeoffs to conceptual estimates and project turnover.
• Leadership & Mentorship : Possesses strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to foster growth and knowledge transfer among junior estimators.
• Relationship Building & Presentation Skills : Adept at developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, owners, and architects, and comfortable presenting estimates and costs to key stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency : Highly skilled in estimating and takeoff software (e.g., ProEst, Building Connected, Bluebeam) and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Detail-Oriented & Proactive : Demonstrates strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
