Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Current CA cosmetology or barber license
• Commitment to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Dedication to great customer service
• Desire and stamina to cut hair for an extended period of time and provide quality haircuts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Use a computer system proficiently
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work very well both independently and with a team

Physical Requirements:

• Extend and reach with arms and hands repeatedly, primarily at and above the shoulder
• Stand for extended periods of time, at least 4 hours at a time
• Frequently wash and sanitize hands, work station and equipment
• Lift and move 35 lbs. comfortably
• Show substantial flexibility and repetitive movement of wrist, hands and fingers
• Occasionally climb a ladder and maintain balance
• Frequently stoop, kneel and crouch
