Position Overview :
The Senior Marketing Campaign Director is essential in transforming our B2B SaaS marketing strategy into impactful digital initiatives. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with various marketing team members to execute and manage campaigns across several channels, including paid advertising, social media, email, and content distribution. With a hands-on approach, you’ll work within HubSpot and Salesforce to oversee campaigns and report on their performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute and manage campaigns across diverse channels such as paid search, paid social, display advertising, email, organic social, and content marketing.Analyze campaign data to derive insights, optimizing in real-time for improved messaging, budget allocation, and overall performance.Strategically manage budgets across channels to maximize ROI and enhance campaign outcomes.Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery and cost-effectiveness.Your Profile :

3+ years of marketing experience with a B2B SaaS organization, targeting various segments and personas.Experience with HubSpot preferred, with proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign accepted.Proven track record managing paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and analytics / reporting.Exceptional writing skills for emails, ads, and social media content.The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills, capable of presenting insights and making data-driven decisions.U.S. work authorization without stipulations required.Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening post-offer.Compensation : $125,000 - $140,000 (based on experience). This position is not eligible for a bonus.
