Barista Shift Supervisor

Caffe Luxxe is looking for experienced baristas and team leaders. Third wave / specialty coffee. Competitive rates for talented and experienced individuals with the desire to grow and thrive within our organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Experienced Baristas and Shift Supervisors ($20-$20.50 / hr DOE + tips + benefits).
• Once fully trained, senior baristas will average $28-33 per hour (hourly+ tips).

Caffe Luxxe is looking for a highly motivated leaders to join our team at our locations on the Westside. We roast our own small-batch coffee and have been voted best-tasting coffee year on year. Featuring 7 cafes since 2006 and our own roastery, we introduced the 3rd wave of luxury artisanal coffee in Los Angeles.

We are well known for our challenging, world-class training program and paid working barista apprenticeship, which upon graduation, places our team members amongst the finest professional baristas in the industry.

In addition to a passion for coffee, we are looking for individuals who embrace love for culinary expression and luxury products.
