Job Summary:

• Lead the planning, organization, and evaluation of services delivered by the Adult Critical Care department.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure exemplary nursing care in accordance with established standards.
• Foster effective communication among team members and across departments.
• Develop policies and programs to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting, including:
• Leadership and personnel management
• Budget and payroll oversight
• Business planning
• Building physician relationships
• Current RN license in Texas or compact state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• CCRN and/or CNRN certifications are preferred.
