Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP S / 4HANA EAM / Plant Maintenance Consultant position for our client.

Location : Bakersfield, CA

Duration : 8 months

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to design and implement enterprise asset management solutions that improve maintenance efficiency, increase equipment reliability, and reduce operational downtime. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver optimized maintenance processes using SAP S / 4HANA.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather and analyze business requirements for asset management and plant maintenance

Design and configure SAP S / 4HANA PM / EAM solutions (equipment, functional locations, work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance)

Support end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support

Optimize maintenance processes to improve asset performance and operational efficiency

Integrate PM with related modules such as MM and FI / CO

Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) experience

Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA EAM / PM

At least one full lifecycle SAP S / 4HANA implementation

Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, work management, and asset lifecycle processes

Experience working directly with business users in asset-intensive environments (manufacturing, utilities, energy, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

SAP S / 4HANA PM / EAM certification preferred

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $135,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
